My drive to connect people and build strong relationships is at the heart of my work. I firmly believe that the right connections and strategic guidance can uplift organizations and strengthen communities. With an unwavering commitment to fostering the next generation of leaders, my work is a bridge between today's ambitions and tomorrow's potential. In 2023, I founded Collaborkate LLC to provide associations, non-profits, and small businesses with essential resources, merging my visionary thinking with strategic expertise to help clients thrive and grow.
The Path That Shaped Me
I bring more than 15 years of experience in membership and association leadership, with a focus on non-profit governance, event management, workforce development, and economic initiatives. My six years as President of the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce allowed me to make a significant impact, supporting small businesses, facilitating key relationships, and leading high-impact programs and events. Today, through Collaborkate LLC, I offer my expertise to help organizations optimize their operations and reach their goals with clarity and purpose.

I stand for collaboration, community, and empowerment. As an advocate for small businesses and a mentor to future leaders, I'm dedicated to creating opportunities for others to thrive. My values are rooted in integrity with a focus on building strong foundations for lasting success. Beyond my professional life, my personal passions add a vibrant layer to who I am. I'm a proud alum of Siena College, an avid reader determined to beat my previous record of 52 novels in a year, and a lifelong dancer at heart—even if I no longer take classes, I'll always find myself moving when the music starts! I'm a lover of quotes and words, a wife to my attorney husband Ryan, and a proud mom to two active young children, Charlotte and Joshua, who inspire me every day.
